Boxwood, grasses and perennials, including sedum frosty morning, echinacea white swan and a white butterfly bush, comprise the “white garden” on the upper terrace. Though some blue-flowering plants intermingled, the blues do not show up until sunset, when the angle of the late afternoon light emphasizes the color.
